WILD ABOUT CHOCOLATE
Class & Tasting
Monday, April 11
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
(light dinner at 5 – class starts at 5:30)
St. Louis Community College – Forest Park
$45 per person
This 2 ½ hour hands-on class will teach about cocoa production from bean to bar.
Enjoy sampling different styles of chocolate and a demonstration of chocolate manufacturing equipment.
Everyone will leave with a gift box filled with chocolate covered Oreos, Twinkies, marshmallows,
pretzels, Rice Krispy treats and peanut butter crackers.
Great date night or a night out with your friends!
